Free Meet & Greet For First Time Walking Clients

At Essex Dog Services, we’re committed to providing a safe, tailored, and enriching experience for you and your dog. Before using our walking services, we require that you book this free Meet and Greet session to ensure we fully understand your dog's unique needs and behaviour. This session also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and discuss any specific requirements.

What to Expect

Before the Meet and Greet

• Once booked, we’ll confirm your address via message.
• We’ll ask about any specific behavior concerns (e.g., fear of strangers, aggression, or sensitivities) to ensure the best possible first interaction with your dog.
• If needed, we may suggest meeting at a local park before visiting your home.

During the Meet and Greet

• You remain in charge of your dog during this session. We’ll observe their behavior and discuss any questions or requirements.
• A short walk from your home allows us to assess your dog’s behavior in outdoor settings.
• If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll discuss key details like access to your home (if we’ll be collecting your dog), where to find food, toys, or key locks, and other essential information.

After the Meet and Greet

• You’ll gain access to our online booking system to schedule walks.
• If you’d like a recurring weekly or monthly slot that's secured just for you, let us know! We’ll invoice you at the start of every month to maintain this, you can still use our online booking system for ad-hoc bookings.
